Preparation:
  1. In a bowl, using a fork, mash mackerel, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and capers and mix them with the spread. Add chili powder, lemon juice and mix.
  3. Put the spread in the fridge for at least half an hour to make the flavours combine.
  4. Serve on a grilled bread.
Food is most inviting when served on a Viva plate, with the desire to impress others.
