SALAD WITH FENNEL AND ROASTED ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 fennel
  • 3 tbsps of lemon juice
  • 50 g of sliced roasted almonds
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
Preparation:
Preparation:
  1. Remove the leaves and the stem from the fennel and cut it into half.
  2. Cut it into thin slices with a mandolin or vegetable peeler.
  3. Then finely chop the fennel with lemon juice, add salt, stir and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil, add sliced roasted almonds and stir.

COOKING TIP:
For the boldness of the flavours you can sprinkle some chili powder on the salad!
