Praising a colleague cost nothing, but it does wonders.
When was the last time you received a compliment? Remember how it made you feel? Why don’t we say out loud that we are grateful to a colleague who brightened our day, helped us, stood by our side, or simply made our day at work better?
At Skaza, we meticulously collect the compliments that employees share about their colleagues in dedicated boxes. Every three months we open the boxes and then we give special thanks to the person who has received the most compliments from colleagues in the last three-month period. This time it is Bojan Mežnar, a production operator at Plastika Skaza. We truly thank Bojan for brightening up our days and helping out his colleagues. His actions can serve as an example to us all.
