The Project Zlata nit, which has been recognizing excellence in Slovenian companies in the field of employment for 19 years, once again highlighted outstanding organizations this year – including Plastika Skaza, which ranked among the finalists in the medium-sized companies category.
Project Zlata nit continues to confirm that quality relationships are the foundation of successful and sustainable business. This year, as many as 123,321 employees completed the survey on workplace relationships. A total of 44 companies applied, with 22 finalists selected by the expert committee.
Being ranked among the finalists is an important recognition for Skaza, confirming our commitment to employees, the development of strong relationships, and creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and co-create success.
🏅 Among this year’s finalists in the medium-sized companies category, alongside Plastika Skaza, were: Borzen, Četrta pot, LOTRIČ Metrology, RCM, Špica International, and Outbrain.
🏅 In the large companies category, A1 Slovenia received the Best Employer award, while Loterija Slovenije was recognized among medium-sized companies and Peruna among small companies.
The official award ceremony took place in March in Ljubljana as part of Project Zlata nit, which remains one of the most important initiatives in Slovenia for developing high-quality work environments. At the event, Bojan Petan, Director of Dnevnik Media, emphasized: “The purpose of the project is not competition, but to highlight practices that drive productivity and are essential for innovation.” This year also brought a methodological upgrade, as employee responses regarding employer recommendation were analyzed for the first time using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Thank you to all our colleagues for your dedication, commitment, and energy, with which you co-create the Skaza story every day. ✨
Congratulations as well to all other award winners and finalists!
