Preparation:
  1. Cut the rhubarb into thin slices and heat it in a pan together with 3 tablespoons of sugar, for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the strawberries into slices, mix them together with rhubarb, add the remaining sugar, vanilla powder, corn starch, and mix.
  3. Place strawberries and rhubarb on pie pastry, leave it approx. four cm of pastry around the edge and fold it over the strawberries.
  4. Mix the egg and coat the edge of the pie with it.
  5. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 180 °C, remove from the oven, cover with a tablespoon of strawberry jam, and bake for another 5 minutes

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 100 g of rhubarb
  • 6 tbsps of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 1 tbsp of strawberry jam
