Preparation:
  1. First wash sushi rice under running water, then cook it
  2. When rice is cooked, mix it with rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and stir well.
  3. Cut avocado, cucumber, carrot, and ginger into thin strips
  4. Evenly spread the cooked rice over the rough side of Nori seaweed, leaving a 2 cm edge on the upper side.
  5. Place vegetables in the middle of the rice and form a tight roll with the help of a bamboo base for wrapping sushi.
  6. Cut the sushi into bite-size pieces with a sharp knife, previously dipped in cold water   
You can prepare this meal for 2 anywhere, whenever your heart desires!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cm of fresh ginger root
  • 3 Nori seaweed
  • 200 g of sushi rice
  • 70 ml of rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt and sugar
