    1. BASIC INFORMATION

    These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) lay down the terms and conditions for purchasing and selling goods and services at the Skaza web shop, which is owned by the company Plastika Skaza d. o. o. (hereinafter “Web shop”).

    2. CONSUMER PROTECTION

    The Web shop operates in line with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), Code of Obligations (OZ) and Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT). Any issues not specified in the Terms and Conditions shall automatically be governed by legal provisions.


    3. PRICES

    The prices of products in the Web shop are expressed in euro currency (€), are valid at the moment an order is placed and have no predetermined validity. The prices include VAT. The prices of products do not include postal charges and the cost of order processing. The sale and purchase contract between the provider and buyer is made at the moment the buyer receives an email confirming the acceptance of an order. As of that moment, all prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and apply to the provider and buyer.

    The purchase contract (i.e., the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the Skaze server and is available to consumers at their written request.


    4. PAYMENT METHOD

    The Web shop enables 4 payment methods:
    a) PayPal
    Payment is made with an active PayPal user account or by entering credit card data at the PayPal website, to where you are redirected by our system. PayPal also provides the service if one has no user account.
    b) Braintree (payment cards)
    Payment is made by entering payment card data. It supports all popular payment cards.
    c) Cash-In-Advance
    In cash-in-advance by wire transfer, the buyer is sent a pro-forma invoice with detailed payment instructions to the email address entered upon order confirmation. Products will be sent after the pro-forma invoice is paid within the agreed period (see section “Delivery Period”).
    d) Cash On Delivery (only Slovenia)
    Cash on delivery is payment by cash upon the collection of a package. In such cases, the buyer hands over cash to the courier of the delivery service contracted by our company for package delivery and the delivery service will effect the payment on behalf of the buyer. The delivery service may also charge a payment fee.

    The order after delivery and payment of the ordered items also sends the invoice to the buyer's email address. The invoice details the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.


    5. POSTAL CHARGES

    The Webshop sells and delivers products in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and abroad. Delivery costs depend on the weight of an order and are indicated during the purchase procedure. The prices below apply only to the standard (the most frequent) weight of packages.
    a) SLOVENIA
    Price ranges:
    • up to 3KG: €2,20
    • up to 20KG: 3,03€
    • up to 31KG: 3,16€
    Postage is free of charge for all orders exceeding €50.
    b) FOREIGN COUNTRIES
    The cost of delivery to a foreign country is charged according to the delivery service price list.

    The buyer shall also cover any duty or charge in countries outside Slovenia. Postage is free of charge for all orders exceeding €100.

    We do not deliver to the Islands of the above stated countries. They are excluded from the offer. 

    6. PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

    The placement of orders over the Internet is possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The buyer selects and orders products that are classified in individual sales categories. Orders are accepted over opnline shop www.skaza.com.
    After each order is placed, the buyer shall receive an email confirming that the order has been accepted. The email shall contain all data about the purchase made by the buyer. Accepted orders shall be considered as irrevocable.
     


    7. DELIVERY

    The Web shop provides for the sale and delivery on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and abroad. Products in stock shall be sent EVERY WORKING DAY (except in cases of sick leave or unforeseen events, state holiday (which we anounce on our web page Skaza www.skaza.com). Delivery for the Web shop is provided by the company DPD Slovenia; however, we reserve the right to select another delivery service if that increases the efficiency of delivery.

    An item may be collected solely through a delivery service. The delivery and return of goods shall be paid by the buyer. The delivery price list is indicated during the placement of an order and in the “Postal Charges” section. All consignments will be sent by registered mail and can be traced with a code that you receive together with confirmation of a dispatched consignment.


    8. DELIVERY PERIOD

    The delivery period for products in stock shall ordinarily be 2 to 5 days following the payment of the order. The delivery period for the personalized products is up to 10 days after the payment of the order. If the delivery period is exceptionally extended, you will be notified thereof within the next 48 hours. The delivery period for products not in stock shall be longer, i.e. up to 14 days.


    9. RETURN OF GOODS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

    The Buyer shall have the right to notify the Web shop of their withdrawal from an order or contract within fifteen (15) days of accepting the goods without having to indicate the reason for their decision. Withdrawal from an order/contract is to be sent in writing to the business address indicated in the Basic Information section or by email to . The direct cost of the return of goods shall be the only cost for the buyer in relation to the withdrawal from the contract.

    10. REJECTION OF AN ORDER

    Despite the tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the pricing information may be incorrect. In this case the company will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.


    11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    By entering data on the website or by placing an order, the buyer permits the processing of personal data. The Web shop uses and stores the data obtained pursuant to the applicable legislation.

    Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of processing an order and for the internal purposes of the Web shop, for the purposes of executing the payment of an order, for statistical purposes, sending quotations, customer segmentation, customer behaviour processing, sending advertising materials and quotations, etc.

    The Webshop undertakes to protect all personal data. The data collected will in no case be disclosed to third or unauthorised parties. Data protection shall also be the responsibility of the buyer, who is to ensure the safety of their user name and password.


    12. COMPLAINTS

    A complaint may be sent in writing to the business address indicated in the Basic Information section or by email to . Your complaints will be answered in the shortest possible time, but no later than within 30 days of their receipt.

    Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. Failing this, disputes shall be resolved before the competent court of Velenje. The applicable law shall be the law of the Republic of Slovenia.


    13. LEGAL NOTICE

    The Web shop and all data in it, such as text, pictures of products, graphic and video elements, are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and cannot be reproduced or used without prior written consent. The Skaza brand and logo are the property of the company Plastika Skaza d.o.o.
     

    14. DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL PURCHASE PROCEDURE

    The consumer successfully completes the order after 4 basic steps in the purchasing process. To successfully place a product in an online shopping cart, the consumer clicks on the "shopping cart" icon and immediately the product is placed under the online shopping cart. If you want to continue your purchase, the consumer can choose between "Continue shopping at Outdoor" or "Check out Bokashi Organko", which are listed just below the hyperlinked product. If the consumer wants to proceed with the purchase, click on "Title".
    The steps in the purchase process are as follows: BASKET, TITLE, PAYMENT and SUMMARY of the order. In the basket, the consumer can see the contents of the basket, the quantity of products selected, the amount excluding VAT, savings and payment together with VAT. This step also includes the ability to redeem a promotional code. The consumer proceeds by clicking on the "Title" button. In the second step of the purchasing process, the consumer can continue their purchase as "Fast Buy" or register. In each case, information is required for the delivery address of the package. The purchase process is continued by clicking on the "Payment" button. In the third step, the consumer chooses a payment method and finishes the purchase process with a summary of the order. The purchase process is continued by clicking on gzmb "Summary". The order summary shows the products in the order, the quantity of products, the price of the products, any applicable discounts, the address of the consumer and the possibility of entering a note for the supplier. At the bottom of the page is a confirmation of the hyperlink, which leads to the terms of business where the consumer can get acquainted with the terms of use. Check box is required and without confirmation does not allow further confirmation of order. Clicking on the order confirmation triggers an automatic message that appears on the consumer screen. in this message the consumer receives a thank you for the order, contact information in case of additional order questions.
    The consumer has the opportunity to change both the products in the basket and the personal data at any moment. In the "Shopping Cart" step, the consumer can delete the items he or she has included in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon. By clicking on the "continue shopping" link, it selects additional products in the online store to correct the error regarding the ordered goods. The consumer may correct personal data when entering the information at each moment of the order. It does this by pushing the browser arrow back.


    The Web shop reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
