In front of the Velenje-based company Skaza, the 8th Children to Children charity run took place! We were joined by a record number of 230 runners! Thanks to them, along with sponsors and donors, Skaza allocated a record amount of funds. Nothing less than €20,150.00 was donated to the Botrstvo Fund, which supports young talents! With this exceptional contribution, 50 children participating in the program will be enabled to participate in competitions, purchase musical instruments, and even cover other essential expenses for their development. But let's not forget the words of Tanja Skaza, co-owner of Skaza and director of the Skaza Institute, who spoke about the selection of donation recipients: "The values of Botrstvo and Skaza are very similar, which means that we see a great window of hope opening in Slovenia for progress, improvement, and sustainability. And rest assured that you can always rely on Skaza, as the doors for supporting the development of young talents in our company are always wide open!"
At the most heartfelt run of the year, where children run for other children, we achieved an exceptional record with 230 participating runners! Martina Ring Bartol, the coordinator of the Botrstvo program in Slovenia, enthusiastically expressed upon receiving the donation: "The feelings are simply incredible! We have gathered an outstanding amount of funds, and we are proud that these funds will be allocated to Botrstvo and supporting talents. The Talent Fund is created for these children to develop their full potential and realize their dreams." Tanja Skaza, co-owner of Skaza and director of the Skaza Institute, joined in the excitement and expressed gratitude for the collected contributions and the record participation of young runners from all over Slovenia. She said, "Our sponsors and donors increasingly support us every year, and I am delighted that we could once again contribute such a substantial amount for the development of young talents. I am proud that our employees consistently show exceptional enthusiasm and respond in large numbers as volunteers, enabling us to create our greatest charity event."
In an unforgettable day, the visitors were reliably guided through the venue by radio host Janko Simon Klanfer and the passionate initiator and host of the Children to Children charity run, Tanja Skaza. However, the highlight of the exciting program was created by talented young DJs from the Mini DJ Academy, their rhythms echoed everywhere and enthralled the audience, while the unforgettable Ribič Pepe, with his energetic performance, created the perfect atmosphere.
The diverse creative and sports workshops, as well as the entertainment provided by the Pustotnik House of Fun, further captivated the visitors, offering them priceless moments of fun and joy. With its sincere approach, Skaza once again confirmed that its commitment to supporting the youth is deeply rooted, and from the earliest years, it fosters compassion and philanthropy. With a record-breaking number of participants and funds raised for Botrstvo, Skaza has firmly solidified the run's slogan that true victory is achieved when we reach the goal together, promote teamwork, and support each other.
