We are entering 2026 with a clearly defined strategy and a confident outlook for the future. Our development today is no longer the result of coincidence, but of well-considered decisions, strategic investments and clear priorities that we have been building over the past years.
The stability we have achieved is based on consistency, responsibility and the ability to remain focused even in demanding circumstances. This is not only about growing numbers, but about a way of operating that enables long-term reliability and a clear step forward in our development.
As Niko Medved, Deputy Director at Skaza, emphasizes: “Stability is never a given – it is the result of discipline, clear decisions and the ability to stay focused even when the market is unpredictable.”
In this way, 2026 will represent a continuation of our journey, where efficiency will play a decisive role – in our processes, development and cooperation with key partners.

Efficiency and the One Stop Shop Model as a Competitive Advantage
We are placing strong emphasis on vertical integration within the Skaza Group. With our own tool shop, development expertise and the expansion of the group through new companies, we are strengthening our ability to respond quickly to market needs.
The One Stop Shop model is already our standard today, and our goal for 2026 is to deepen and further expand it. This means shorter time-to-market, better cost control and greater flexibility.
At the same time, we remain focused on three key strategic pillars: the industrial segment, the development of our own brand, and digitalization. This structure is guiding us toward an ambitious objective – reaching €100 million in revenue by 2030.
Innovation in Our Own Brand: Solutions for Home and Modern Living
Our own brand remains one of our strongest drivers of growth. In recent years, we have proven that we can develop products recognized internationally for design, quality and sustainability – and in 2026, we are raising this standard even further.
Three key areas are coming into focus:
- solutions for bio-waste and composting, where we are upgrading our ecosystem of sustainable products such as Organko Daily,
- decking tiles, which are becoming an increasingly recognized choice for stable and aesthetically refined outdoor surfaces,
- flood protection, where we are developing practical solutions that respond to real challenges of modern living.

A special place is also held by our Wellbeing category, where products combine usability, aesthetics and the symbolism of everyday rituals. These products address users not only functionally, but also emotionally – with the purpose of encouraging conscious choices.
“The heart of innovation remains material development – from bio-based solutions to recycled materials and high-performance compounds that combine sustainability with premium design,” highlights Medved.
We Address Future Challenges Where We Have the Greatest Impact
We are aware that the future brings numerous challenges: short customer lead times, price pressures, increasingly high sustainability expectations, and complex global supply chains.
Our response is built through processes, competencies and leadership. We are bringing more development in-house, completing projects faster, and strengthening automation and digital process control.
A strong team is essential in this journey. We are introducing development programs, while digital tools relieve employees of routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more complex work. Our goal remains clear: “Above-average pay for above-average results,” Medved, Deputy Director at Skaza, emphasizes.
Digitalization as the Foundation of Competitiveness
Digitalization is no longer a project – it is the foundation of our efficiency. Integrated ERP, MES and EMS systems provide full transparency across our processes, while automation improves productivity, quality and safety.
A special focus in 2026 will be placed on energy efficiency, advanced data analytics and further automation where it delivers the fastest added value.
A new regranulation and compounding line represents one of our key technological investments – increasing the material loop, reducing waste and enabling the development of new high-performance materials.
“Technology allows us to make faster decisions, stabilize processes and create greater added value,” adds Medved.
Skaza 2026: Growth with a Clear Vision
We are entering 2026 as a company with a clear vision, a solid strategy and strong foundations for continued growth. Through innovation, sustainability, digitalization and the development of our own brand, we are strengthening our role both in the industrial and consumer markets.
The year 2026 will be another step forward on our journey as a reliable partner, a development pioneer and a company proving that the future of industry can be efficient, sustainable and inspiring at the same time.
