We are proud of our latest collaboration with “Sustainable City Dubai”. They will incorporate our innovative, award-winning second-generation Bokashi Organko kitchen composters into the design of the homes in their sustainable city.
Sustainable City Dubai is located on the outskirts of Dubai and serves as an international model of high quality sustainable living. They represent a vision of sustainable living, as they are an environmentally friendly and self-sufficient community that produces more energy than it consumes. Their priorities are ecological friendliness and a new aspect of urban design and development of the cities of the future.
Adrienne Doolan, CEO of Green Touches, the company involved in Sustainable City Dubai, said: “We are committed to promoting a sustainable environment and reducing our ecological footprint to secure a greener and cleaner nature for future generations. One important sustainability aspect is proper handling of bio-waste. We are pleased that Skaza will be our partner in this field as we believe that Skaza’s innovative solutions will help us easily manage our bio-waste in the most sustainable way.”
We welcome the collaboration because Sustainable City Dubai is creating a very successful story, focusing on responsible environmental management. “We are pleased that the mission of Skaza has been recognized abroad and that our products will help with sustainable management of biological waste in homes that are a part of a sustainable community in Dubai. We see this as a confirmation that we are on the right track. At the same time, it represents a starting point for future cooperation with sustainable cities around the world,” stated dr. Robert Agnič, CEO of Skaza.
Composting is a good start in leading a more sustainable lifestyle and we are very pleased this awareness is becoming more widespread.
