The goal of the project is to carry out a comprehensive digital transformation of the value chain and increase the commitment and efficiency of Plastika Skaza employees.
Focusing on the implementation of modern digital technologies in the field of logistics, procurement and storage, production, HRM, sales and management. As part of the project, we will update SAP to support core, introduce a WMS system and predictive logistics, we will introduce a digital twin, IoT, UWB tracking into production, we will use modern sensors and the use of artificial intelligence.
The total cost of the operation is 4.256.462,00 EUR.
