While knowledge and experience have always been the main driving forces of our success, we could never achieve the results we are achieving without our vast machine park that offers superb manufacturing capabilities. Our current machine park consists of a wide variety of plastic injection molding machines with different clamping forces, including a number of multi-injection technology machines. It covers a total area of 15.400 m2 and is able to manufacture over 5000 tons of granules per year. Let’s take a more detailed look at what Skaza machine park has to offer to our clients.
Plastic Injection Molding Machines in Skaza Machine Park
Our machine park currently offers more than 50 plastic injection molding machines with different clamping forces, ranging from 50T up to 1000T. The majority of machines are fairly new, with more than half of all machines being less than 10 years old. However, even if the machines are older than 10 years, this does not present a problem when it comes to their efficiency and delivering excellent results. We regularly monitor their performance and act as quickly as any issues appear. All machines feature a counter that monitors the number of shots as well as the number of shots at which the machine needs to be serviced.
Our machine park features both hydraulic and electric machines; both of them bring a specific set of benefits that are important for certain products. The advantages (and disadvantages) of both types of machines mostly depend on the type of molding that needs to be done, the size of the machine, the cost of electricity, and personal preferences. The plastic injection molding machines in our machine park thus always offer the optimal option for each individual product.
As part of our effort to make our production processes as sustainable as possible, we also equipped our machine park with a range of five eco machines that are able to perform the same manufacturing processes with significant energy savings.
Working with Leading Brands of Plastic Injection Molding Machines Ensures Optimal Results
We always strive to be the leading provider in our field, and we do our best to partner with brands that are leading in their field. This is why we choose to work with machines from the best brands of plastic injection molding machines, as this gives us the opportunity to improve our production processes and provide our clients with the best possible results.
Demag is one of the leading companies in the industry and a specialist for injection molding machines for plastics processing. The brand successfully combines the wisdom of the Far East with the German way of doing things directly and logically, and has been a reliable provider of our plastic injection molding machines for years.
Wittmann Battenfeld is our partner for innovation and technological advancement in plastic injection molding machines. Their modern and comprehensive range of machinery helps us meet the requirements of the market as well as optimally utilize the applied energy.
Engel has been a reliable provider for plastic injection molding machines to Skaza for many years. Since conserving resources and promoting the efficient use of recycled materials has always been deeply rooted in the brand’s corporate philosophy, we found them to be a great partner in our efforts to move towards improved and increased sustainability in plastics production.
Multi Injection Technology in Plastic Injection Molding Machines
An important part of our machine park is composed out of multi-injection technology machines. This innovative new technology enables us to use two or three different components in one single process sequence. It also brings a number of important benefits, it improves our client’s products, and it makes the manufacturing processes easier, faster and more cost-efficient.
Gas Injection Technology in Plastic Injection Molding Machines
Another important feature of our machine park are gas injection technology machines. Gas injection technology functions by blowing gas, usually nitrogen, into plastic in order to mold it into specific shapes. This process enables us to create innovative, more versatile products of superior quality. Gas injection technology also brings a number of additional benefits, such as material savings, lower cost of the products, lower clamping force and a greener manufacturing process.
A Well-equipped Machine Park as Key Factor in Our Story of Success
Our well-equipped and well-maintained machine park plays an important role in achieving our goals and improving our results. We always strive to follow the latest trends in the field of plastic injection molding machines and make sure to provide our clients with the best possible manufacturing capabilities in order to fulfill their expectations, while keeping our processes as sustainable as possible.
